[English] Definition of 'good at English'

As an English learner, I try to define standard of 'good at English'.

 

1. Being able to express what you think precisely.

2. Being able to understand all listening contents. (such as YouTube, podcasts ... etc)

3. Being able to distinguish between natural and unnatural sentences and expressions.

4. Being able to explain complicated concept in simple ways.

 

I am working on these skills. Reading skill is also important, but, personally, I believe speaking, listening, writing skills are much more crucial.
